Things to do

King’s Cross is an excellent base from which to explore the delights of the capital, with one of London’s largest transport hubs right on our doorstep. But before you head out into Central London, why not take advantage of the many things to do here in King’s Cross. Our local area is home to some of the capital’s greatest museums, galleries, markets and music venues all within easy reach of Megaro.

Budding artists will love roaming Granary Square, headquarters of University of the Arts London and King’s Cross’ newest gallery the House of Illustration. If you have young kids in tow, a trip to nearby Lewis Cubitt Park, one of the area’s 26 acres of new parks, is a perfect excuse for a romp in the great outdoors.

If you’d rather check out a spot of live comedy, browse our national library or get involved in an avant garde arts and crafts session, you won’t be disappointed in the range of things to do in King’s Cross.

Use this section of our King’s Cross St. Pancras Blog to find out what’s on locally during your stay at Megaro and start planning your jam-packed holiday agenda.
